Gandhi and Ambedkar were from same community

Mahatma Gandhi always referred to Vedic Brahmin Dharm as Sanatan Dharm and Videshi Brahmins as Sanatani indicating that they are Not Hindu Dharmi , they are not Hindustani . After Dr . Ambedkar obtained dual Voting Right and Separate Electorate from Depressed Class , Sanatani Brahmins gave thereat to Dr Ambedkar that they will kill him and his society namely Depressed Class Mahars in particular .
Gandhi knew Videshi Brahmins mentality very well . He has suffered several life threatening attacks from Brahmins . He did not want Dr Ambeakar , who a very young and most able and promising leader of Depressed Class be killed by Brahmins . Dr Ambedkar was again threatened by Sanatani Videshi Brahmins during Hindu Code Bill presentation in Parliament after independence . Dr Ambedkar was forced to resign from Nehru cabinet as Law Minister over Hindu Code Bill .
