Constitutional Hindu ;

The constitutional legitimacy, naturally, must
supersede all religious beliefs or practices.

The fact that reference to Hindus in the Constitution
includes persons professing the Sikh, Jain and Buddhist
religions

and the statutory enactments like Hindu Marriage
Act, Hindu Succession Act etc. also embraces Sikhs, Jains and
Buddhists within the ambit of the said enactments is another
significant fact that was highlighted and needs to be specially
taken note of.

The fact that Sikh , Jain , Buddhist religions are established fighting Videshi Brahmin Dharm corrupting our Native Satya Hindu Dharm have no Varn and Caste system , no Agamas , Vedas sanction as Dharm of Native people as the above religions had already rejected this Videshi Brahmin philosophy long back confirms that Videshi Brahmins are not Hindus .
