NIA is National Investigating Agency which investigate criminal cases like bomb blast etc on behalf of central government . ATS are state investigating agencies . Both are government agencies .

In 2008 Bomb Blast case investigation Maharashtra ATS under Hemant Karkare investigation found out link of Bomb Blast with Brahmin Terrorism who on other hand are part of Brahminism , Panditwad , Manuwad in this country for long .

Nathuram Godse a Brahmin Terrorist has killed Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi . In the investigation his link with Hindu Mahasabha , VD Savarkar , Golwalkar of RSS etc was found based on that Sardar Patel had banned RSS in 1948 . Afterwards , investigation was slowed and many Brahmin Terrorist were discharged . Same way , it looks the present investigating agency NIA is working now under Modi government . During Gandhiji murder Pandit Nehru was PM during this NIA clean chit to Malegaon Bomb Blast 2008 final charge sheet submission MOdi is PM . Swamy of BJP has called some years ago Modi as a Brahmin.

Brahmin Terrorism gets Clean Chit from Brahminwadi , Panditwadi , Manuwad governments as it looks from Gandhiji murder investigation and Malegaon bomb blast 2008 investigation .

Nation can not hope good governance during Brahminwadi , Panditwadi , Manuwadi governments like RSS- BJP manged or Panditwadi Congress manged as we see Gandhiji murder and Malegaon bomb blast case . Native Rule is a must now .
